Shipping Options

UPS (United Parcel Service)

Delivery is made door-to-door or to a pickup point (Access Point) depending on the service and location.

• UPS Standard: Road transport (mainly within Europe). For items that do not require refrigeration.
• UPS Express / Saver: Air freight. Fast delivery (usually 1-3 business days). Required when purchasing refrigerated items.

Customs and Import (Non-EU)

For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g., USA, UK, Norway, Switzerland), the following applies:

• The recipient acts as the importer and is responsible for any applicable customs duties, local VAT, and administration fees.
• These fees are not included in the shipping price paid to us.
• It is the customer's responsibility to know which items are permitted for import into the destination country. Goods seized by customs will not be refunded.

Damaged Goods

If the package is damaged upon delivery:

1. Report the damage immediately to the driver upon receipt.
2. Take photos of the package (both the outer packaging and the contents).
3. Keep all packaging materials.
4. Contact us immediately with your order number and photos.
