Information regarding refrigerated shipping

We are very happy to announce that the Swedish authorities have approved our solution for refrigerated shipping to the world, we have been searching and testing our way for about 2 months and can proudly start selling refrigerated goods under certain conditions.

Packages containing refrigerated goods such as herring caviar, cheese are sent from our warehouse on Mondays and Tuesdays in order for the package to arrive before the weekend.

We are only able to send these packages with express shipping as the packages must arrive within 48 hours. Our solution for refrigerated transport guarantees a maximum of 8 degrees Celsius for 48 hours.

We take responsibility for the contents of the package for 48 hours, it is then up to the customer to check the goods. We do not take responsibility for packages that, for example, get stuck in customs or get stuck in UPS Warehouse. We do not take responsibility for things that are beyond our control after 48 hours.

How does the order work

Order your goods as usual in the shop, you can freely mix between the goods, both refrigerated and colonial goods, when you then choose shipping, you must choose express shipping. We send these packages that contain refrigerated goods on Monday and Tuesday, this means that if you order on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday as well as a weekend, we will send the package out on Monday and Tuesday of the next week.
