Pofiber has positive properties for virtually all baking and cooking. By effectively binding large quantities of liquid, the food and bread are both tastier and more juicy. Since Pofiber is finely divided and neutral in taste, smell and color, it can also be used in white bread and coffee bread. In addition, Pofiber works well as a substitute for breadcrumbs e.g. when breading or in meatballs.
