White pepper has a rich and warm heat that is suitable for fish, seafood and light meat.

White pepper is made from the core of fully ripe berries from the pepper plant Piper Nigrum. The berries are picked and packed in bags that are immersed in running watercourses. After one to two weeks, the pulp has dissolved and the seeds are left to dry. During drying, the kernels are bleached and given their light color.
