Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. This right applies to products that can be returned in new and unused condition.

Exceptions – Food Products

Due to hygiene and shelf-life reasons, food products and other items that may deteriorate or expire quickly are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.

If a product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us and we will assist you with a suitable solution.

How to Make a Return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Wait for our response and instructions before sending anything back.
3. The product must be returned securely packaged.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and approved, a refund will normally be issued within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
