If you give a combination of breast milk and bottle, NAN HA 1 is a Hypoallergenic infant formula developed to reduce the risk of developing allergies to cow's milk proteins. Most infant formulas contain intact cow's milk proteins. In NAN HA 1, these proteins have been broken down into smaller pieces, which reduces the risk of your child developing allergies. NAN HA 1 should be used from the first bottle. NAN HA 1 has a partially hydrolyzed protein. NAN HA 1 is especially intended for children at risk of developing allergies to milk protein (eg when a family member is allergic).
