Swedish artisan bakery founded in 2010 in Stallarholmen, Södermanland, by Maria Printz together with partners. Printzells bakes sourdough breads and traditional Swedish baked goods using organic and locally sourced ingredients including Swedish flour, with the bakery located in a historic building by Lake Mälaren.
