Pärsons

Swedish charcuterie brand launched in 1996 in Skåne, with its name inspired by one of the founders, Peter Pärson. Pärsons became market leader in Sweden for pre-sliced cold cuts after introducing its Tunna skivor (Thin Slices) packaging concept in 1999, and now produces a wide range of ham, turkey, and chicken charcuterie as well as vegetarian alternatives, with production based in Halmstad.
