Several young women from Latvia are found for some time murdered in various places around Stockholm. The suspicions first fall into prostitution, but when Gunvald Larsson enters the Stockholm porn industry, it appears that the women did not come to Sweden for prostitution. Instead, there are links to a pharmaceutical company that is developing a vaccine against AIDS
