Apotekarnes Påskmust Root Beer

Apotekarnes Förenade Vattenfabriker was merged with the Prippskoncernen  in 1950 and Apotekarnes Mineralvatten AB was joined in 1964. Today, Apotekarnes is part of Carlsberg Sweden's product portfolio. Must was launched in 1910 as an alternative to beer. The must have many similarities to traditional dark beers. The must have a dark color, foams well and has a taste of hops and malt.

However, the drink is not used as it was intended, but has instead become the whole family's soft drink drink under the name Christmas Mustache and Easter Must. Must be one of the Swedish things there is and today you can hardly imagine a Swedish Easter dinner without a must.
