Semper's whole grain porridge from 1 year old, made from milk, oats and wheat from Swedish farms, contains vitamins and minerals so that the child gets plenty of the nutrition it needs during a fast-paced day. For example, we have iron that contributes to the normal development of children's intellect, vitamin D, calcium and phosphorus, which is needed for the skeleton to grow as well as iodine, which is good for children's growth.
Fat is important for children, which is why we put it in our porridge. But just the right kind of fat.
