Mini Rut Browned is baked in the same way as Normal Roasted except that it is baked a little longer in the oven. This makes the bread a little browner and has a richer taste. To make the bread checkered, cut it with a special rolling pin. The boxes ferment to airy pillows, which make the bread tender and crispy.
