Risenta Nyponshall flour is a deliciously sour flour made from dried nypone shell. It is used primarily to make home-made nypon soup with the advantage that you can then sugar yourself according to your taste and opiniom. The flour can also be used to flavor roasted muesli, as well as baking both bread and cakes. All our nypons come from Chile. Because the nypony grows wild, no spraying agents are used, so all nypons are also nice to the environment. Nypon is especially rich in Vitamin C, which is an antioxidant.
