A bread with spelled and barley, A bread with deep roots in history, baked on our oldest cereals, spelled and barley. Spelled, also known as dinkel, was cultivated in the Nordic countries as early as the Stone Age. It contains a lot of minerals and proteins and gives a deep and good taste.

Mild cheeses and patties do well together with spelled bread, as well as herring, loam, dug fish and salmon in all forms. The mild yet tasty bread is suitable for all types of taste buds.
