Kavli Skagen cheese, a creamy soft cheese made from selected classic cheeses, crab, crayfish and iceberg prawns. We make Kavli Skagen cheese of the finest round hard cheeses, delicious pieces of crab, hand-peeled crayfish tails and iceberg shrimp.
The good taste comes from the fact that we use real hard cheese and finest flavoring ingredients. Try as an appetizer in a small crust topped with a small dill twig and lemon or as a flavor enhancer in eg soup or pasta sauce.
