Finax GlutenFree Flour - Low Protein Mix

This is a gluten-free base flour for those who want or need to avoid flour. Low-protein flour mix is unsweetened so you can use it for both baking and cooking. Since the protein content is low, the crust of the bread gets a lighter color, if you want a more golden brown surface you can brush with sugar water towards the end of the baking time.

If you have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease, the small intestine may be slightly damaged and this product is suitable for use while the intestine is healing. As the protein content is at a very low level, the flour mix is also suitable for people with renal impairment or who have been diagnosed PKU by doctors.

The mix is enriched with B vitamins and iron. The flour mix is used as a regular wheat flour, but you must adjust the recipes so that you get the right amount of flour mix.
