Our delicious Arla Ko® Dackeost has a full and fruity taste with notes of umami. Dacke has a clear character and great aroma without being strong. The cheese has a natural fat content that varies depending on the season. Fits perfectly on the breakfast sandwich or just to bite into and eat as it is as a snack. Dackeost has its roots in Småland, named after Nils Dacke, who lived in the 16th century. Our Dackeost is made at Kalmar dairy with fresh milk from Swedish Arlagårdar. The Arla Ko brand guarantees that the cheese is made from 100 percent Swedish milk.
