Ballerina Kladdkaka is a variant of Ballerina with a tempting taste of scratchcake in both biscuits and filling. Ballerina Kladdkaka has a thinner and brittle biscuit that is similar to the craggy exterior of the dumplings.
Between the biscuits we have filled with extra very creamy filling that mimics a soft cake's soft interior. Dipped (in milk, tea or coffee) for best taste! Ballerina's products are baked without palm oil.
